Everything You Need to Know Before You Order

At IngroundContainerPools.com, we believe that buying a shipping container pool should be as straightforward and transparent as the product itself. This page covers everything you need to know about how payments are processed and how your container pool is delivered safely to your door, whether you are in Texas, Florida, California, or anywhere else across the United States.

How Do We Accept Payment?

At this time, IngroundContainerPools.com accepts payment exclusively via bank transfer. This applies to all orders including inground shipping container pools, above ground container pools, prefab container pools, lap pool shipping container units, plunge pool shipping container setups, and custom modular swimming pool configurations.

Bank transfer is our preferred and only approved payment method because it provides a secure, traceable, and reliable transaction process for both parties. It also allows us to keep our container pool prices competitive by eliminating third party processing fees that would otherwise be passed on to our customers.

Payment Structure

To make the purchasing process as manageable as possible, we have structured our payment schedule into two clear stages.
Deposit Payment: A deposit of 50 percent of the total agreed container pool price is required to confirm your order and initiate the fabrication or reservation of your chosen shipping container pool. This deposit secures your unit, locks in your pricing, and sets your project timeline in motion.

Balance Payment: The remaining 50 percent balance is due prior to delivery of your container swimming pool. Our team will notify you in advance when your pool is ready for dispatch so you have sufficient time to complete the final bank transfer without any delays to your delivery schedule.

Payment Security and Transparency

We understand that a shipping container pool represents a significant investment, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every payment made to IngroundContainerPools.com is handled with complete transparency.

You will receive written confirmation of every payment received, along with a detailed invoice outlining your order specifications, agreed shipping container pool cost, delivery timeline, and installation details. We encourage all customers to retain these documents for their records.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver shipping container pools for sale to all 50 states across the continental United States.

Whether you are located in a major city or a rural community, our logistics network is equipped to reach you.

We have extensive delivery experience in high demand markets including shipping container pool Texas, shipping container pool Florida, and shipping container pool California, and we are equally equipped to serve every other state with the same level of care and professionalism.

Site Readiness Requirements

To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery and installation experience, your site must be prepared and ready before your shipping container pool arrives. Our team will provide you with a detailed site preparation checklist after your order is confirmed.
General requirements include clear vehicle and crane access to the installation area, completed excavation for inground installations, confirmed utility locations, and any required shipping container pool permit approvals in place.
Failure to have the site ready on the agreed delivery date may result in rescheduling fees, so we encourage all customers to stay in close communication with our project coordinators throughout the process.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, we ask that you inspect your container pool carefully before signing off on receipt. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, please document it immediately and notify our team within 24 hours. We stand fully behind the quality of every prefab container pool we deliver and will work swiftly to resolve any issues that arise.
